Terms of Service

By accessing or using K-Saju (“the Software”, “the Platform”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. K-Saju is an AI-powered personality analysis and birth chart visualization software that generates personalized digital reports and downloadable content based on traditional Korean Saju (Four Pillars of Destiny) methodology combined with statistical pattern analysis. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use the Platform.

K-Saju is a Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) platform that delivers the following digital products:

• AI-generated personality analysis reports based on birth date/time input data
• Digital birth chart visualizations and downloadable HD card images (PNG format, 768×1024px)
• Statistical pattern analysis derived from traditional East Asian astrology datasets
• Exportable PDF reports with personalized insights and element distribution charts
• Community features for sharing and discussing analysis results

All outputs are algorithmically generated digital content delivered automatically through the Platform. No manual, human-performed consultation or fortune-telling services are provided.

K-Saju offers free and paid subscription tiers. Paid subscriptions (“Pro”) unlock additional software features including 5 report generations per day, HD image exports, advanced chart analysis features, and premium community badges.

Subscriptions are billed on a recurring basis (monthly or annually) through our third-party payment processor, which handles payment processing, tax calculation, and regulatory compliance on our behalf.

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting support. Upon cancellation, you retain access to paid features until the end of your current billing period.

We may offer a free trial period for paid subscription plans. At the end of the trial, your subscription will automatically convert to a paid plan unless you cancel before the trial ends.

Upon successful payment, all digital products (PDF reports, HD card images, analysis results) are delivered instantly through the Platform. Digital content is accessible immediately after purchase and can be downloaded at any time while your subscription is active.

You must create an account to access certain features. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities occurring under your account.

You agree not to: (a) use the Platform for any unlawful purpose; (b) attempt to reverse-engineer the AI analysis algorithms; (c) share your account credentials with others or resell access; (d) scrape or harvest data from the Platform; (e) post harmful or inappropriate content in community features; (f) use analysis results as a basis for professional medical, legal, or financial decisions.

All digital content generated by K-Saju is owned by K-Saju. Paid subscribers are granted a personal, non-transferable license to download and share their own generated digital content for personal, non-commercial use.

Birth date and time information you provide is used solely for generating digital analysis content. We do not sell personal data to third parties. You may request deletion of your account data at any time by contacting support. For full details, please review our Privacy Policy.

K-Saju is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date.

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea.
