Refund Policy

Important Notice

K-Saju delivers digital products (AI-generated reports, HD card images, PDF downloads) that are fulfilled instantly upon purchase. Due to the nature of digital content delivery, refunds are subject to the conditions outlined below.

1. Digital Product Purchases

All digital products purchased through K-Saju — including AI-generated personality analysis reports, birth chart visualizations, HD destiny card images (PNG), and PDF exports — are delivered instantly and automatically upon successful payment.

Because digital content can be accessed, viewed, and downloaded immediately after purchase, refunds are generally not available once digital content has been delivered. By completing a purchase, you acknowledge that you are purchasing digital content that is delivered immediately.

2. Subscription Refunds

Monthly Subscriptions: You may cancel at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No refunds are issued for remaining days. You keep access until your period ends.

Note: Gumroad subscriptions are billed monthly. No partial-month refunds are issued for cancellations mid-period.

3. Eligible Refund Scenarios

We may issue a refund in the following circumstances:

Duplicate charges: Charged more than once for the same product due to a technical error.
Technical failure: Critical software malfunction prevented delivery of purchased digital content, unresolvable within 72 hours.
Unauthorized transaction: Transaction made without your authorization (identity verification may be required).
Within 14 days (annual plans only): No premium digital content accessed or downloaded.

4. How to Request a Refund

Contact gene1996@naver.com with:

• Your account email address
• Order ID or transaction reference (from your payment receipt)
• Reason for the refund request
• Date of purchase

We respond within 3 business days. Approved refunds are credited to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.

5. Chargebacks

If you initiate a chargeback instead of contacting us first, your K-Saju account may be suspended pending investigation. We encourage you to contact us directly to resolve billing issues.

6. Cancellation

Cancel your subscription via:

• Your K-Saju account settings
• The customer portal (link in your receipt email)
• Contacting gene1996@naver.com

Cancellation is immediate. You retain premium access until the end of your current billing period, then revert to free tier.
